2019年成考高起点《英语》重点复习资料：

1.spend money/time on sth./(in) doing sth. 在某物/在做某事上花了……时间/金钱

其中in可以省略，通常主语为“人”。例如：

I spent five yuan on this book. 我在这本书上花了五元钱。

I spent two hours (in) doing my homework yesterday. 昨晚我花了两个小时做作业。

2.not...until.../直到……才……

until后可跟名词或从句，表示时间。例如：

He didn't come until late in the evening. 他直到晚上很迟才来。

He didn't arrive until the game began. 直到比赛开始他才来。

3.make/have/let sb. do../让某人做某事

make/have/let意为“使”时，其后要有不带to的动词不定式。例如：

He made me work ten hours a day.

他让我每天工作10小时。

注意：上句如改为被动语态，则work 前的to不能省略。例如：

I was made to work ten hours a day.

我被让每天工作十个小时。

4.keep/prevent/stop sb. from doing/阻止某人做……

Please keep the children from swimming in the sea.

请别让孩子到海里游泳。

The big noise outside my room stopped me from doing my homework.

屋外的噪音太吵闹，使我无法做我的家庭作业。

不可和keep sb.from doing sth.结构混淆。例如：

I am sorry for having kept you waiting for so long.

很抱歉让您等了这么长的时间。

5. (be) abundant in(be rich in; be well supplied with) 富于，富有 6. access(to) (不可数名词) 能接近，进入，了解

7. by accident(=by chance， accidentally)偶然地，意外。 Without accident(=safely) 安全地，

8. of one's own accord(=without being asked; willingly; freely)自愿地 ，主 动地

9. in accord with 与…一致 . out of one's accord with 同…。不一致

10. with one accord (=with everybody agreeing)一致地

11. in accordance with (=in agreement with) 依照，根据

12. on one's own account 1) 为了某人的缘故， 为了某人自己的利益 2) (=at one's own risk) 自行负责 3) (=by oneself)依靠自己 on account 赊账; on account of 因为; on no account不论什么原因也不;of …account 有………重要性。
