Live a Healthy Life
Living a healthy life is good for not only our physical health but also mental health. In my opinion,a healthy life can be achieved from three aspects: eating habits, regular sleeping, morning exercises. First of all, I eat more fruits and vegetables because they help me get vitamins. In addition, I go to bed at 11pm and wake up at 7am. As we all know, enough sleeping protects us from diseases and allows us to have an energetic day. Finally, we should do more exercise such as morning exercises. If you are busy with work, you can exercise at any free time such as getting home after a tired workday. Exercise makes us relax. It is very meaningful.
