2023考博英语翻译（英译汉）速练

作为一名考博人，一定少不了的一个题型——翻译。翻译是近年来各大院校的必考题型，占分20-25左右，非常重要！今天向大家推荐一个实用场景非常多的技巧——语序调整法。

语序调整法分为：①先事实后观点(逆序法)、②中文译文按时间顺序排列、③先因后果，先一般后特殊。下面这道题，同学们会怎么翻译？

题目一

【例】American people demonstrated their desire for peace byuniversal joy with which they greeted exchange of woundedprisoners of war.

初译：

美国人民表示他们希望和平，普遍都非常高兴地欢迎交换战争的伤兵俘虏。

先事实，后观点（逆序法）：

American people demonstrated their desire for peace by universal joy withwhich they greeted exchange of wounded prisoners of war.

改译：

美国人民普遍兴高采烈地欢迎交换伤病战俘，这就说明了他们多么渴望和平。

题目二

【例】I came back yesterday from Hong Kong where I had spent two weeksvacation after the completion of the construction job I had been in chargeof in the south.

I came back yesterday from Hong Kong where I had spent two weeksvacation after the completion of the construction job I had been in chargeof in the south.

初译：

我昨天从香港回来，在香港度了两周的假，在一个我在南方负责的建设工程完工之后。

中文习惯按照时间顺序进行（事件阐述）

I came back yesterday from Hong Kong where I had spent two weeksvacation after the completion of the construction job I had been in chargeof in the south.
终译：

我在南方负责一项工程建设完工之后，到香港度了两个星期的假，昨天刚回来。

题目三

【例】I will come back tomorrow as long as the flight is not delayed,thoughthere is a tornado landing.

根据中英文行文的巨大差异，进行适当的语序调整。状语(时间、地点、让步、条件、原因等)：一般前置。

初译：

我会明天回来，只要航班没有延误的话，尽管有龙卷风登陆。

先因后果，先一般后特殊

终译：尽管现在有龙卷风登陆，但只要航班没有延误，我明天就会回来。
