第二类：自学或者专业活动

通过自学最多可以获得15个PDU，通过参加8种规定的专业活动可以获得特定的PDU。

Category 3: PMI REP Programs

PDUs may be earned by attending educational programs offered by

educational organizations registered with PMI and designated as PMI Registered Education Providers （R.E.P.s）。

Examples include: Schools, consultants, corporate training departments, professional associations, government agencies, and PMI Chapters and SIGs. A database of R.E.P.s and the programs they offer is posted on the PMI website. Programs may be searched according to subject area, location, date and time.

第三类：注册教育提供者提供的培训

参加PMI注册教育提供者（包括学校、咨询公司、公司培训部门、行业协会或政府机构、PMI分会、特别利益组织）提供的相关培训可获得PDU。PMI网站公布了注册教育提供者的名单和培训课程。培训课程可以通过主题、地点、日期和时间来搜索。

Category 4: Non REP Programs/

PDUs may be earned by attending relevant educational programs offered by organizations not registered with PMI like Schools, consultants, corporate training departments, professional associations, or government agencies which is not registered as PMI's REP

第四类：非PMI注册教育提供者提供的教育活动

参加非PMI注册教育提供者（包括学校、咨询公司、公司培训部门、行业协会或政府机构）提供的相关培训可获得PDU。

Category 5: Professional Service/

20 PDUs （max） may be earned by providing non-compensated project management services to non-employer or non-client customer groups
